My Story

During my youth and early adult life I experienced health issues which were best treated through conventional medicine.  After undergrad, I became increasingly interested in just feeling good.  I was often plagued with poor sleep, body pain, fatigue, non-clinical anxiety and depression, and just general malaise.  These “aliments” began to have a significant impact on my physical health and mental wellbeing.  The demands of work became increasing more important than the aches and non-descriptive pains I was feeling. 

 

I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and began to incorporate these healing modalities into my health care regiments.  I’m now sharing my strategies with you!

 

Why are your wellness solutions for the “busy professional”?

Career-wise I consider myself to be very well rounded:  I entered the workforce in the high-powered NYC corporate environment of the 80’s; got an undergraduate degree in dance and anthropology; and had a twenty year career in higher education administration.  Whether you’re flying across the globe for company meetings or managing a Halloween party for a bunch of 3 year old's – you too can be experiencing the ailments of the “busy professional”.
